| Montenegro overturned a first-quarter deficit to beat Lithuana 83-64 in the final of U20 European Championship Women Division B on Sunday.
Snezana Aleksic paced the victors with 22 points, with 13-point hauls from Laima Rickeviciute and Vitalija Vasciunaite leading the way in a losing cause for Lithuania.
